Adsorbed Natural Gas Products, Inc. CEO Bob Bonelli to address the 2017 AGA Operations Conference on the Company’s PHANGV™ Concept.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CHESTER, New Jersey, April 17, 2017 – Adsorbed Natural Gas Products, Inc. (ANGP) recently introduced its new hybrid vehicle concept the PHANGV™ or the plug-in hybrid adsorbed natural gas vehicle. ANGP’s on-board, low-pressure adsorbed natural gas (ANG) technology is the basis of this concept, which enables an automotive original equipment manufacturer to offer a simple fuel option that redefines hybrid vehicles. The PHANGV™ provides a vehicle owner with the convenience and affordability of private (at home) refueling, environmentally friendly emissions and low cost of entry.

ANGP has been traveling the world to spread the word about the PHANGV™. The company’s CEO, Bob Bonelli, recently presented the concept in Detroit on March 2, 2017, at the ITB Group Energy Storage Conference, and then again on March 23, 2017, in Rotterdam at the NGV Global Conference.

Bonelli’s next stop is to address the American Gas Association (AGA) Operations Conference & Biennial Exhibition at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida, May 2- 5, 2017. Bonelli’s presentation will be on May 4.

“Plug-in electric hybrid vehicles currently have many challenges related to their battery storage packs. These packs are heavy, have minimal range per unit of weight, depreciating performance and require significant taxpayer subsidies to attract the consumer,” said Bonelli. “ANGP, with our manufacturing coalition of major corporations, redesigned the bi-fuel hybrid based on our industry-leading ANG technology and conformable Type IV storage system. On a comparable vehicle platform, our PHANGV™ fuel storage system weighs less, lasts the life of the vehicle, provides twice the range on the alternative fuel, will not experience degradation in storage capacity over time, does not require a second drive system and does not ask the taxpayer to support the business,” added Bonelli.

Joining ANGP on the exhibition floor will be the company’s coalition member Ingevity. Ingevity developed and manufactures the activated carbon monoliths that are the core of ANGP’s storage system.
